My ex girlfriend and the other female who joined me on my birthday contacted me through text last night.

My ex said this at around 7:29pm

Her: Someone totally just said yeppers to me and I thought of you

Me: Really just from that word... Anyway what you need? How's life on your end?
8:50pm

Her: Nothing. Just remembered you making fun of me. Life's alright. How are you?
10:34pm

I fell asleep way before that last text and didn't respond because of that...

The other one who I may or may not be talking to also contacted me about a little later than my ex on the same day talking about some:

Her: Hey
8:45pm

Me: What you need?
8:46pm

Her: Nothing
8:46pm

Me: Maybe I should have said this instead... How can I help you?
8:51pm

Her: Was thinking of going out to the movies or something.
9:45pm

Didn't hear nothing again until about an hour later and once again I was sleep by the time she responded with the very last above text. Just thought it would be something interesting to share and to see if anybody else would have handled this differently I still want to improve my interactions with these bitches.

that sounds like he doesn't want to talk to me or have anything to do with me...

Saying, "what you need" isn't really horrible.

You could say, and I have heard women say this all the time, "Is there something that you need?"

I might say, "I'm short on pleasantries right now. What's the word?"

I also might say, "What's the word. Cuz I can't call it."

As a general rule, there is no reason not to keep it somewhat playful...give THEM the chance to fuck it up.

I'm not very good at that I have moments where it happens naturally depending on the bitch in question. For the most part I'm a man of few of words I'm not the type to really pull a conversation out my ass just for conversation sake . So I guess I'm fucked until I chop it up with you on skype
