I was just drawing and then this idea came to me.
What advice would you give to yourself, if you would (could) give to you:
- 5 years ago
- Or more years ago for you older guys ha ha
- Advice to remember in the future
- Right now
- Etc

Now I mean mainly life advice, but could be women-wise if you want
Be creative and come up with other options if you wish
I'm going to write up my own after I think about them a little bit, I wanted to create this thread in advance so others can start writing too.

My advice would be to stop thinking about the past.

I have a feeling younger me wouldn't listen to older me.

I can know something, but I still need to touch the stove to really know it's hot....just to be sure

I think it's a character flaw.

10 years ago; Focus on a career
7 years ago; Don't get into that relationship
5 years ago; Stop wasting your opportunities
Now; 'The best time to plant a tree is 200 years ago. The second best time is now'.

Ultimately there is no advice which I could myself and it be relevant, or make a real difference. The things I've gone through helped me learn by means of opposites. I wouldn't be me otherwise.

My policy is not to give advice to people who do not ask for it and as someone who learns by doing I don't ask much advice. Also I believe everything that happens was meant to, that trying to change the past is futile and leads to regrets.

If I ran into my future self today the conversation would go like,

Me: Funny running into me today.

Future me: I was just thinking the same thing, it's a shame our memory isn't better or else we could have avoided this.

Me: Don't tell me anything.

Future me: Wasn't planning on it. Later.
