That's completely true. The trial is a mess.

The jury has not been given a clear account of anything by anybody.

I don't feel motivated to give an opinion, but I'll say this: People with expert legal opinions are defiantly silent on week 5, when they had extensive opinions in week 2. I'll say that much.
