Something that really struck me watching both the recent Olympics and European track championships, finding an interview where the athlete did not talk about 'the process' at some point was tricky.
It seemed that most interviews I watched talked about how they were trusting the process, how it was helping them and how they were not chasing results, rather chasing the process.
