If I'm saying yes to this. What am I saying no to?
There's a price to pay to get things done. A sacrifice to be made to accomplish whatever I'm focused on. For a long time I didn't realize that and I believed I could do lots of things at once and do a good job at them.
The question above has helped me focus on what's more important to me by letting go of things that aren't a big priority. If saying yes to something meant it was going to take away from my main priority, then it was easier to let it go.
