I've been reading A New Earth, its weird I feel like I was some how destined to read The Power of Now, like I attracted it without visualising anything. My question is a result of becoming more aware of the present moment lately and I can keep it up for a count of 35 so far, to my question, do they get progressively longer as you go on? |

I've been reading A New Earth, its weird I feel like I was some how destined to read The Power of Now, like I attracted it without visualising anything.
My question is a result of becoming more aware of the present moment lately and I can keep it up for a count of 35 so far, to my question, do they get progressively longer as you go on? i'm in the same tone as you, yes it's supose that the state of now it's becoming more and more frecuent, but don't try to measure it, the ony way of measure it it's for how much peace you feel, even in hard situatios,i read power of now like a year ago, it did'nt do shit for me, but now i'm understanding that all goes in that way, but dont' try to get enlightened, just let go and try to do things you are not used to do and feel how your ego try to resist |

put simply.. YES ..
it did'nt do shit for me, but now i'm understanding that all goes in that way, but dont' try to get enlightened, just let go and try to do things you are not used to do and feel how your ego try to resist

Thanks y'all! Something interesting happened the other day, I told two people that NLP was better than psyhotherapy and their reply was a rant as if trying too protect psychotherapy, instead of responding in kind with trying to protect NLP I decided to keep quiet and read my book knowing that I wouldn't be protecting NLP I'd be protecting my "self" |
