First of all thanks for your rapid answer!
So I'm a "daydreamer" if you know what I mean. When I'm sitting in the tram and drive home then I start to visualisate with the music I'm listening. I do it a lot times in the day when I have nothing to do and everynight before I went to sleep. As I was in the pickupscene, someone told me that I should visualisate a date a night before in the best case. Since then everytime I have a date or something I start to visualisate how the date will be in the best case and it makes me feel happy. After that I don't want that the date should be that case, its just I visualisate the best case
And since then, every date was great! I think when we do visualisations our subconsious starts to think that the date was in the best case and wonderfull and so the subconsious only saves the good feelings and the happyness. So this means that visualisations are very powerful and could do powerful things in our life!
