Public knowledge by now that I am one very awesome mentally ill sex machine...
Was using Delta/Gamma meditation yesterday from Brainsync and I never noticed this before until now.

I used it for about 6 minutes and I was more identified with my thoughts than ever before, that wasn't the worse part, the next morning I woke up and felt this pressure around my brain and my illness got worse, loud angry voices and the like.

Any of you normal brained people have any weird things happen to you as a result of brainwave entrainment?

I used brainwave entrainment for years. If you were using a delta track and then a gamma track that is not good at all as those brainwaves are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum and the result would be a headache most likely. Gamma is a more high end brainwave than beta and delta is the lowest end brainwave in sleep; that of dreamless sleep. Gamma by itself is pretty good, though. It has been the brainwave associated with the now moment and things like that. Let me tell you a better way to synchronize the hemispheres of your brain that works far better than entrainment and seems to alleviate all and anxiety and even make it so that your brain has a hard time experiencing anxiety. All you do is juggle one ball back and forth to eack hand with your eye's closed for about 15 minutes. I reccomend standing over a bed because you will drop it alot. If it sounds too simple that's because it is, but it works far better than entrainment for synchronizing your brain hemispheres. Dont count it out until you try it.
