Sure, they may be able to demonstrate these characteristics when out in field, but as soon as they’re put under pressure, or into a situation where they don’t know what to do, it all falls apart. Pretending that your product is a fun and exciting roller coaster doesn’t change the fact that underneath it’s still shit-scared, wanting, and looking for something else to complete it. " |
