"Self Realisation" the title of this board is. Today I was meditating in a field feeling the presence of my inner body when suddenly I "awakened" and without it making logical sense I came to the conclusion that "I am everything" I am the sky, the metal fence, the field, the trees. I don't understand it logically but in this state I felt that the words were so true when I said I am everything. Not just me, but everyone is everything. Has anyone ever experienced a state of "one-ness"? |
