Anyone heard about this or have experience? It's part of jungian psychology. Here's a link to what it is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_%28psychology%29 Reading about it, it reminded me of some of the inner work done on this forum. It's all about accepting shadow aspects of yourself(things you can't change or have repressed and now hide from others). I found it interesting so maybe some of you guys want to explore what it is more. |

I've met my shadow, it's not easy to be able to reveal things in your shadow to yourself, it's a copIng mechanism that helps protect you. |
