I've heard multiple versions of this quote :
Develop a life where you feel the need only for food, drink, fresh air, sun and place to sleep.
I've heard Brent say this, I've read it in couple of books.. I think when person realises this concept and lives it, it may be something like indifference 2.0 ?What do you guys think about this concept ? |

Technically, yes...the sexes need each other in order for the species to continue to thrive. |

to me men don't need women...on the other hand women need to worry about the species to continue not sure about what nature thinks about that |

There's only technically 3 needs a non-enlightened dude has with a woman.... 1. Sex. 2. She does shit for you, cook, etc... 3. Ego validation... She's hot and I have her so I'm good, everyone thinks I'm awesome cause I'm with a hiot chick... For the 2nd, quit being a pussy and do your own laundry and cook for yourself. For the 3rd, quit being a needy bitch that seeks others approval and only care about your own approval of yourself. The 1st, that's the only one I have now and it's hardwired in us so it's tough to get away from, but if you must you can do it yourself so we really don't "need" women...but it's always fun to do the inverted piledriver the odd time so it's our paradox as a man lol |

I agree but what about offsprings?

The "what-about" question for me wasn´t a constructive question. It´s a broken record, and the letting go of the desire to ask it made a huge difference in growth. It was a procrastinator type of question. |

Ok I know: offsprings are not a Need but it's something many people Want... Look at it like this: Without air, dying is matter of seconds. Without water, matter of days. Without food, matter of weeks. Without sunshine.. I don't know, but you won't be sane and healthy without sun And without place to sleep, you would weaken, get ill, etcetera. These are NEEDs for survival... |

I think it depends on what you want from life. If you're living just to survive , then yes, food and shelter would be enough. If you want more from life, then i think people should come into play, incluing women. I wouldn't describe people and women as "needs", because you can survive without them, but i'm sure your aim is higher than to survive only, and here poeple and women are essential. By the way, i think such a life style of few needs would only save you from undergoing pain. I can't see it making you happy. |

Well I think you missed the point.. Doesn't mean I will stop all contact with girls or whatever, just stopping needing the stuff.. From my experience, when I gave up trying, I started getting "unexpected lucky situations" in more than women area of my life..
By the way, i think such a life style of few needs would only save you from undergoing pain. I can't see it making you happy. |

Like the Earth needs the Sun, Water and Air to survive , Man and Woman need each other for survival.

“Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art, like the universe itself (for God did not need to create). It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things which give value to survival.” CS Lewis The same thing could be said about women. Or pretty much anything outside of air, water and food. |
