so after my recent trip to Thailand I guess I understood more of what you were talking about regarding 'cheating the Clout'. Not that I didn't understand it before it's just made more sense to me this time and on this trip after what I saw...

So when you said that western men (American or European) who don't have their shit together financialy can go to Thailand (or other poor countries): and since it doesn't take much American dollars or Euros to look rich in Thailand because of the exchange rate\currency
- a lot of western guys can go to Thailand, look rich and say that they have a business or a high paying job in America or Europe.

And since in Thailand no one knows them they can be anyone they want basically...

of course that this will only work with specific kind of girls (poor bar girls for the most part)
because after I spoke with people in Thailand they told me that the women of high quality are not sleeping around and very selective with the men they are dating...

I said Thailand but I guess the same applies to all third world countries....
