I disagree with a couple points you made:
With all that's going on in the world and even within the limitless faculties of your mind, how the hell does ANYONE ever have NOTHING to do lol. If you're too horny you can transmute that energy, especially when you could be doing something more productive. If you don't have goals in life that's fair enough but life itself is not so boring that you can never occupied.
Watching a movie (with the knowledge acquired here) dealing with this sort of issue to assess what to do/not to do I can understand, but I fail to see how jerking off to women on a screen teaches you how to deal with that situation in real life, the reality could be much different than what's being sold to you.
That guy's a pussy and she's cheating on him, unless they're in an open relationship she should be fired for that sort of behavior.

My current life situation is such that I really have nothing I 'need' to do. Except eat when I'm hungry, and fuck or jerk off when I'm horny. Also, philosophically speaking, I have thought about what I 'should' do in this world. My current view of that is similar to what's mentioned in the 'Three doors to wisdom' thread on here (h/t GoldenBoy), Carlos Castenada, Bob Munroe, Tom Campbell and Stephen Davis theories, and (surprisingly) the Bhagwad Gita.

If I'm watching a desirable woman fucking a random guy, I am forced to have my desire for her confront my jealousy that she's enjoying getting fucked by someone else. Comes out pretty starkly. You can also do visualizations with real girls for this to come out. I picture girls having just come from being fucked airtight by three black dudes. Gets rid of any anxieties, prevents any kind of posturing or showing off (i.e no way I can top that experience or want to), or an ownership mentality.

The guy most likely brought it upon himself by claiming he would not get jealous. That would of course provoke any girl into testing, and this girl was a 9 or a 10 in looks. He was then caught in a double bind of watching his girl get it on or admitting he was jealous. He did the only thing he could, walk away (actually more like ran away). I am better able to deal with desire for girls I can't own (which is always the case in reality, no matter what the girl does to convince you otherwise)
