Nice find Zogler.
The idea of 'alphaness' coming from wolf-packs with some hyper dominant alpha male (which isn't even the case, because wolves are also cooperative in the wild) is the same kind of complete misunderstanding of evolutionary thinking that the nazis made.
Literally.
The idea of a 'dominance hierarchy' came from Konrad Lorenz, professor in nazi Germany who worked at the Race Policy Bureau.
the idea of a strict dominance hierarchy among dogs was introduced into science by a Nazi (yes, you read that right, a Nazi)

I have seen bully alpha males in chimpanzees. They occur, but most of the ones that we have, have leadership capacities and are integrated into their community, and in the end, they’re loved and respected. It’s a very different situation than you may think.- Franz de Waal

We're primates. We're THE cooperative species.
Real strength doesn't mean putting others down, it's pulling others up.
