I started to properly do inner work after realizing how I was trying to aim it towards a goal (being free of demons so I could gain approval) in the past - and something came up that I'd like to share and warn people who haven't discovered this and yet do it.

Don't focus on getting a woman if you know that there are issues to be worked on internally. All that does is detract your attention from demons that need to be solved by you. At the end of the day, you're going to be stuck with you, and getting to know yourself is priority one. Don't use women as a band aid that you try to cover up your perceived faults with. It all starts and ends with you, and it would be unfair to people you interact with to be used as a blanket from yourself.

I realize this is projection, and it's what I've been doing. But just in case anybody thinks they might be doing the same thing, look into that. I'm not talking about taking yourself away from the world, but the energy you put out around people.
