Upon the Brainsync website there are free meditations one Delta/Gamma and the other Theta I've been lstening to them both.
Delta gives me this nice and easy detatched awareness that I can get in to whenever I want and Theta keeps me calm under pressure and gives me some nice insight while I'm there.
Sleeping after Delta meditation gets you waking up well rested and feeling good. Dreams become less frequent though, to get those back you'll need to do alpha meditation because dreams are a result of alpha brainwaves every 80 minutes as you sleep. I think it is Theta meditation that makes dreams so fantastic, then again mine are often epic so I'm not sure how it is for others.
