This previous weekend, I've had two cool discoveries.
Saturday night I went out with some friends, and I took the opportunity to be the most of the time opening my heart and projecting love all around. Well, I reached a level where I made a cool discovery...
At a moment, I felt for a short time like a lot of heat around my chest area, that heated all my body, I had to went out to the patio to have fresh air. A few minutes later, as I kept playing with love sending, I consciously focused to send love from my heart down to my stomach, with the help of my breath. It was super intense! I felt an intense heat coming from my heart and moving to the part of my stomach where I wanted it to go, and it was burning! I thought "cool"
And then I tried doing the same but from behind, I wanted to try to send that heat (intense love, maybe) from my heart down through my spine, just the same way I did before, guiding it with my intention and with the help of my breath... it happened just the same way! I felt the super intense heat from my heart burning down my spine! That was discovery number one. Discovery number two came the next day, Sunday, as I was watching the photos uploaded to Facebook from the night before. I noticed a common pattern in a few of them... orbs!
Plenty of orbs around us that night, I wonder if it had something to do with the love sending. I became suddenly very interested in knowing about them, and before making any conclusion, I started checking hundreds of the photos that the friend of mine who took those photos uploaded to her Facebook. Do you know what? Apart from the photos of past Saturday, and the photos from New Year's Eve, where I was too; I almost was unable to find any other orb in them. The exception was in a couple of photos from a wedding.Oh, it's so easy to find joy

They were instead water particles!
