This previous weekend, I've had two cool discoveries.

Saturday night I went out with some friends, and I took the opportunity to be the most of the time opening my heart and projecting love all around. Well, I reached a level where I made a cool discovery...

At a moment, I felt for a short time like a lot of heat around my chest area, that heated all my body, I had to went out to the patio to have fresh air. A few minutes later, as I kept playing with love sending, I consciously focused to send love from my heart down to my stomach, with the help of my breath. It was super intense! I felt an intense heat coming from my heart and moving to the part of my stomach where I wanted it to go, and it was burning! I thought "cool" And then I tried doing the same but from behind, I wanted to try to send that heat (intense love, maybe) from my heart down through my spine, just the same way I did before, guiding it with my intention and with the help of my breath... it happened just the same way! I felt the super intense heat from my heart burning down my spine!

That was discovery number one. Discovery number two came the next day, Sunday, as I was watching the photos uploaded to Facebook from the night before. I noticed a common pattern in a few of them... orbs! Plenty of orbs around us that night, I wonder if it had something to do with the love sending. I became suddenly very interested in knowing about them, and before making any conclusion, I started checking hundreds of the photos that the friend of mine who took those photos uploaded to her Facebook. Do you know what? Apart from the photos of past Saturday, and the photos from New Year's Eve, where I was too; I almost was unable to find any other orb in them. The exception was in a couple of photos from a wedding.

Thank you too, guys. If it weren't because of you, I wouldn't have chosen to experience reality and let illusions dissolve, as well as trying and learning about love from direct practice. Things are getting better and better everyday, and real easy! Unbelievably good! I'm happier everyday, I'm now evolving both during the day and during the night, and ridiculous things are happening more and more (I love that expression, thanks Libertine!).

I am rediscovering myself day by day, learning about what I got, loving it all, and putting it all out there. The results are amazing, what I thought for all my life as defects, are precious gifts, that make me unique. My limiting beliefs are being naturally destroyed by experience... How come women love what I didn't in the past? How come women be so interested in what I really am? Even when I put out my fears, repressions and my shameful truths? I love confirmation affirmations! (the affirmations about things you are already having in your life).

Everyone is searching for happiness, yet it is our default state.

Take away all the wanting, needing and the past. What are you left with?

Dust particles...? They reflect the light from the flash of the camera back into the camera. This may explain it, or not...

Yeah because the dirt gets floating in the air after three years of removing the dust of it .

No, lol! It's not dust!!!! How you dare to question my story? They were instead water particles! Hahahaha, no kidding here... I realized it over time... those things appear in dark photos in places with high humidity. That time it was at a disco really close to the beach.

It's cool to learn from time to time My two cents: remember to not be attached to any conclusion on anything.
