you know ever since we had that thread about sexual attraction vs. physical attraction, I have been thinking and observing and now something I was not aware of before, is coming up...

I see women with good looks and perfect bodies which are not sexy at all - don't have a sexual vibe. On the other hand I see women with nice face, not perfect body (maybe not so thin) and yet they are more sexual and have a lot more sexual vibe. Hmm

but here is the real catch 101:

who decided that 'theose women' with the perfect bodies are sexual?
the social matrix. It tells us that sexy women are: A, B, C, D
like: have a skinny body, usually Blond hair, light skin and etc...

The social matrix also says how sexy men should look like but when you look back (I think about 100 years ago) being chubby was the ideal look (at least for men I'm not sure about women). But I'm sure that skinny women were not beautiful back then - if a woman was skinny she was considered sick or poor\low class (she is skinny because she doesn't have enough food to eat)

I used the above as an analogy....

Now it's not that I never see sexy skinny women or that I never see a sexy Blond girl. I'm just strating to see a different paradigm of reality of sexual attraction vs. physical attraction.

interesting... :geek:

Here is an example: I love Asian girls, and this girl is skinny, has a great looking face (if you like Asian beauty), yet she has a lack of sexual energy\vibe (according to the photo)

Edit: looking back I have passed a lot of opportunities with sexy girls who wanted me and I passed because I was 'influenced too much'. by that I mean that I thought:
well this woman\women are sexy and I feel attraction for them but they don't have the perfect body (accoring to the matrix) so maybe they are not so sexy after all, and then I turned them down and was chasing the ideal (the ideal beauty of the matrix)

Reminds me in fight club when they were on the bus and saw the Calvin Klein poster on the wall and Ed Norton says "Is that what a real man is suppose to look like?" It's all pushed from the media.

And yes Sniper, we know you love the Asian bitches LOL!!

I remember in high school there was this one girl who I didn't really like, but she had been all over me in the past. At that particular point in time, this girl had become one of the pretty popular girls.

I remember so vividly looking at pictures of her and making the decision right then and there to fall for her, not because I actually liked her, but because of her status now and what that would mean for me.

Recently I saw this picture on the paper of a concert that just took place in my country by ATB. They showed female dancers on random stages in the crowd dancing. Around them you could see tons of guys with their cellphones out taking pictures just oogling at these women.

I wonder if society's values changed, or what is portrayed to as hot would change, if we would still value and put these women as deities.

now I remember something that was mentioned. That most men found porn stars repulsive
and that fake boobs were not that popular as far as beauty even if you go back 10-15 years ago.

After the book 'the game' came out and Mystery did his show 'the pick up artist' suddently porn star's beauty and fake boobs became popular. 10-15 years ago most men would never want a porn star girlfriend, now a lot of men suddently do. Weird....

I've come to believe that sexual attraction can only develop in real life contact. Physical attraction and Social attraction (pornstar bullshit etc..) can occur when one sees and image or video on the screen. The thing is the screen is an illusion, there is no woman actually, just pixels...

It dates far back before mystery etc.

I can remember it starting to hit in the mid-late 80's around here.

By the 90's it was firmly entrenched.

Am guessing it was earlier in the U.S. since they seem to lead the 'west' by about 5-10 years.

So, realistically i'd say 20-30 years ago.. if not more
