Ok there are some new members on this forum who don't understand what we mean when we talk about 'inner work'.
On 'Kidd'z Korner' (on the articals & questions for 'The Kidd' section) and in the 'Treasure Chest' we have posts about inner work. As I wrote in the new memebers information center, if you want to fully understand the vibe of the forum and what we are talking about here you can't skip it.
Some example posts about inner work:

Other resources that I also found good (since letting go\inner work) isn't always easy:
The Book 'Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender by David R. Hawkins':

We talked about The Sedona method and The abundance course\the release technique (both are based on the teachings of Lester Levenson). There were many threads about it, at the moment I found this one (use the search engine to find more):

and recently I discovered Quantum Entrainment:

All 'technics' lead to the same place (freedom\self acceptance\becoming your own best friend) however, since we are all different
you will have to experience and see what 'Technic' or 'system' resonates with you the most...
Also I'm in favor of trying various things so you can always add more to your toolbox
But whatever 'system'\'Technic' you choose: practice practice practice!!!!
Nothing is a quick fix and all systems\technics need to practiced over and over and over. Sometimes you will see results right away other times it may take time and a lot of practice.
Dealing with bad emotions and memories isn't easy so choose something and stick with it for a while
