Regarding health and stuff.. The ultimate answer to asthma and eczema (my problems) is Raw food diet.. I tried it, asthma disappears (literally) in week in my case, eczema takes weeks but it stopps iching immeadetely.. But it's fkin hard to maintain and expensive |

I had asthma. I simply refused to use my inhaler. Don`t have it anymore. Never get my flu shot, never need prescription drugs nothing. The entire house got sick as well as people at work. I honestly haven`t been sick (excluding hangovers lol) since I was in Grade 7. |
