Healthy eating is important for living healthy. We should add good natural food in our diet. I always prefer vegetables and fruits because i think these are healthy food and good for us.

I am curious where 2000 calories comes from...my BMR alone is 2100.
You are consuming far too many calories, around 2000 should be the upper limit. Weight control is about calories in vs calories out and you don't need more than 20-30 minutes of exercise per day. Muscle building requires adequate resistance training and not excess protein. Also resistance train 3 times per week (calisthenics would be the ideal choice). |
