Not only did they not know they actively stuck there head in the sand .I've never understood that about people it's like they celebrate their ignorance. They're being likened to dogs and they cannot stop playing ostrich long enough to form the concept. We're lucky enough to live in a time and place where pretty much more information than we could ever hope to read is floating around  . But people choose to ignore it
