I am not sure how open people will be to this, or how many of you have tried it.

But if you can get your hands on some quality Marijuana and do natural grounding while under it's influence, you will appreciate natural alphas at a whole another level,

since it gets rid of societal conditioning to some extent for the period when you are high and puts you in a somewhat meditative state. It works wonders for me and has given me new insights. If you are open to try this, I think it will help a lot. But if you would rather not, I can understand as well.

I have tried this. I've opened up and felt the energy from natural alphas like Palmy in extremely powerful ways. The downside from it is that I've found that I forget the experience the next day.

Dude, you don't need to remember it because your subconscious does and that is whats important. Watch rhythm of the times when you're high, you will be able to feel it in your soul man!

That's funny because I just started smoking again and I grounded to palmy when I was ripped and it was one of the most if not THE most intense grounding session i've ever had.
