I've been dealing with stress at work lately, so there were some tension points (shoulder, neck, forehead), that I didn't even know were tense and that were fucking up my peace of mind even when trying to relax (which is important if work is being done):

In a nutshell, paying attention to parts of your body which are tense helps release the tension, letting other seemingly non-related parts of your body relax, and bringing a wave of fresh energy when finished.
