Sup,

Here's a VERY interesting guy who I've been listening to today speaking on the benefits and logic behind victim mentality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-YT9ua-vwI

Spoke to me and struck a chord. He has a lot more interesting videos, revolving around the same idea - taking responsibility for your own life.

To make a confession, I have not been doing that. I've been blaming, and it's been a lot more comfortable than being in a situation where I can be judged. Frustratingly powerless, but comfortably numb.

That's what has to change. Both on my external and internal path. When introspecting, all it was was looking deeper into the things I was blaming and hoping they go away. Externally, I was living my life according to other people and what they'd "allow" me to do. Never really owning up to anger at myself and other internal shit.

Wanted to post a video but this came out as some sort of confession.

I lost 42 kilos. What happened was miraculous, it was not a diet, no psychologist dietist or anybody behind me. I just started to listen. Myself, my energy level, what i want to do, where I want to be.. And transform it into what I did.
Not changing who I am. If you came here to trasnform who you are, I'm sorry I'm not the right person to do that. Because I really like who you are the way you are, because I like myself the way I am, who I am.
The rest I didn't even try to write
