Okay, now is the time. (8h later, plus I just ate an ice-cream
)
This was a truly beautifully made documentary.
They took the crux of his books, his life, and condensend it to 1h20 minutes.
They didn't miss the REAL message behind his books.
So my mother sat down,
And her words of wisdom,
come back to me now.
She says, bobby,
apparently,
You like to run
and associate with bad people,
With street people.
She says you can become
a criminal lawyer,
She says,
and make 'em pay you.
She said, bobby,
get your education.
Become a criminal lawyer
and get a license
To associate with the people
That you admire
and like so much.
Have you ever heard anything
more wise than that?
Damn, almost brought tears to my eyes.
So simple, yet truly GENIUS.

And his daughters are gorgeous.
Also pay attention how both girls love him, but also how one of them refers to him.
Camille ? The 10 kg cocaine girl ? He's god to her, the almighty
I like the all-over-the-place one especially
Also, what stayed with me:
If you gonna try to get something for nothing.. You're gonna suffer. One way or another.
As opposed to (surprinsingly ?) fufe, I like the 'calm' daughter (Misty) way more than the other (Camille).
I will go as far as to suspect the interviewer, seeing as she couldn't even start a phrase without her sister interrupting ('she's all over the place' to quote
) and putting the spotlight on her, came later on to interview her alone and get her view too
Also in the scenes from the movie, when he's talking to the other guy.. Sometimes his eyes, man, he must have had big heart beneath all the coldness. Also looking at some of the photos presented in the movie, his eyes are shining.
HIS FACE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE, this man talks with his entire body.
His facial expressions are priceless.
Will watch it again tomorrow.
