Trying to move past hate and anger, realizing they're the same side of the coin as supplication and fear, so I found this to be a good read. Some of the stuff there is a little matrix-y, but all in all a good perspective.

If you have the desire to let go, it will happen eventually if you make some conscious effort to do so.

Don't move past them. Embrace them.

Don't run away from them. Run towards them.

They are part of you. Accept they as they are. They are not a problem - the problem is when you push them away, deny them, get wrapped up in them, allow them to take you and cart you away to dark places.

Anger and hate will arise, then they will subside. Later, they will arise again, and subside again. There's nothing wrong here. You do not try to stop the waves in the ocean from crashing on the beach.

Move through them. This means you move into them and you keep going.

The actual energy of anger is very powerful when fully owned and stepped into. Moose, I don't think you've gone within 100 yards of it. Frustration, apathy, grief etc are very different.
