Post subject:  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Here's a link to a concept that I've found useful while doing inner work/meditating/observing my thoughts. Getting past the barrier of trying to control my thoughts and emotions seemed stupid and I resisted it plenty, but it's very interesting now. If anybody is interested, have a look:

Seriously, these are all values I've learned on my journey to Pimp Tightness. Very interesting coincidence.
