Post subject:  Question related to lucid dreaming.

A long time ago I figured out how to be conscious in my dreams I would say that pretty much every dream I have on some level I know that I am dreaming.

But the stumbling block Im finding is that I cannot get them to be as vivid as real life, as well as the level of control I attain is usually pretty low level.

For example in my dream last night I was running from people and there was a message I took from a room with a constant flow of people. They threatened me and I was conscious enough to say I dreaming and there is nothing you can do.

But the highest level of lucid I would be able control the dream fully and find out my they were there and not be running from my inner demons.

Do you have any thoughts? It's frustrating to be able to get lucid so easily but fail to up the level. Like a rare few I can get to the level of inception it'd be cool if they were all like that.

Why wouldn't you?

It remains easy to tell the difference between reality and the dream state. And even if the risks were there...o well.

I have had a few lucid dreams in my life and they are some of the most memorable experiences I can recall even though it wasn't 'real'. Akin to this thread

So I guess I am the opposite of you, more real than reality itself but I can't do it on command. It is a goal of mine to learn how to do this

I found out it's because my glasses are to weak for my eyes and it messes up with my head - Kind of hard to explain, but everybody who had glasses at least once can hopefullys relate  It's like optical illusion of some sort
