Hey Kidd,

we had this talk about affirmations vs. confirmations:

since you have a lot of experience maybe you can tell me what you think. If affirmations are not good\ a waste of time: how come some people reported that it worked for them and changed their life?

Affirmations are like Dumbo's magic feather...I'd you think you need them, you do. If you think they work for you...then they do. Could Dumbo fly without his 'magic feather'? Indeed he could. Did he think he could? NO...but when he had to fly without it, he DID.

affirmations won't heal you from deep issues, they make you feel good for a while, but the problem is still there
