this is good but we have to be carefull becasue one can end up more stuck in the head than before, the same as eckard tolle they overcomplicate things ang give to the ego something to eat being present is enough |

Yeah I completely agree Kidd, problems arise though when you label parts of your psyche as bad or not caring about you. Like the whole tolle thing. Instead of accepting yourself and knowing that everything has a place in the right situation and context. And if ego isn't right in a certain situation don't use instead of meta phrasing it to say it's never any good for us. |

Man doesn´t have any cell memory like animals do,everything is learned through language, even dangers. Chickens know to hide when they see certain shapes, a baby doesn´t know how to. I agree about it being there to protect the physical Life. The reason of existence isn´t physical surviving, though. If you strip the ego away, it doesn´t leave you vulnerable. |
