What is to you? what's your idea? What does it mean "energy goes to what you focuson"? Is there something like that?
I remember Steve Piccus talking about energy and subtle bodies etc,

I would say it's wherever your focus is (which means different things for different people). Your actions then reflect that focus.

No, that's not it. My gut is telling me that it works,but intellect not:)I understand the whole idea/vibe/etc. but some of Piccus stuff sounds like some occult/esoteric things. Just like some exercises he wrote about. Is there any substance to it? What are your experiences. Oh and the same goes to law of attraction

Energy is the ability to do work when it is transferred from one object to another. :ugeek:

It is something we encounter every day. Look up at the sun and you can feel it on your face (on a sunny day). Energy produced by a star 93 million miles away.

This is the only meaningful way to consider energy in my opinion. I would not blend this brilliant concept with trivial, mundane things and discussions.

I'm open to the idea. In terms of physics everything is energy right. And no energy is ever created only moved to different places right? So therefore I am energy and when I die I will simply be rearranged into different stuff.

Energy in terms of new age hooey. Not digging :|

In science there are two types of energy; kinetic energy and potential energy.

One moves, the other doesn't.

Engery to me, is the ability to make a decision AND the ability to NOT make a decision. It's the ability to know when to move and when to stay still, shut your mouth and keep your cool.

Energy always moves. It only appears still to the naked eye.
If you were to take a look from afar, you´d see the entire
Universe in a motion. The objects on the table move constantly
because our planet / solar system / galaxy is always moving.
