A video by Tyson Fury about his struggles.

Ignore the subtitles, they are not correct.

Interesting video, thanks.

Mental health is important both in failures and in successes indeed.

Boxing, not out of love for boxing, but to prove something.

All destination.

And then achieved - and....

So important to cultivate a love for the process.

That he knew he would stop boxing after his final fight was very telling, he's clearly very strong willed and can pull himself out - but if it's just about getting 'out of depression' again, I fear he may have another meaning crisis when he gets there.

PSA: Noticing what you are doing, enjoying it - the movements, the feelings - savouring it; will help make practice easier and consistent, and will help facilitate that love for process.

Let them fight, take a step back and watch the show rather than get involved. The one will always push the other.

Think of it like a game of chess, one voice makes a move, and the other returns. The pieces are infinite. You are the board.

Hineini, good post. It is chess for me but I was always looking at it from the position of a King. You made me looking things from different angle.
