How it goes, is that the guy has to ask the girl out for a date and make the girl an money offer to go on the date with him.
They try to present it as WIN - WIN for both the women and the man. I don't see any upsight for men though

The LOLS, I found in this
Their first date etiquettes:
* Generous members are expected to pay for the date (there's no going dutch here)
* Our advice: Pay 50% of the date at the start of the date, and 50% at the end
* CASH is king, and pay only when you meet your date in person
the testimonials (99% women offcourse):

queen: November 30th, 2011 - 23:16.
I had an amazing second date with my slave boy. What a dream. I got 1,000 cash to treat him bad. Woooohooo ! It was great to run the show and give nothing in return. I heard about this but never tried it before. Thanks again WYP !
Age and Value Graph.
According to this graph, a young man in his late teens or 21 years old. Is as (un) attractive as a 50(+) year old woman. While a young woman is considered very attractive.
The upside for men though is that at 50 years old, he is still considered as attractive as when he was 30 years old. While a 50 year old woman is considered alot alot and then another alot less attractive then when she was 30 years old.
Here is the graph (Cub means: (young) man):
And here is the source of the graph (this website where they (man and woman) can bid money on going out on a date. That's how they managed to translate age into money value (money value is imo one of the best way to measure something it's value):
