I've listened the Six Pillars of Self Steem although only in audiobook format.
So I didn't practiced the <<complete the sentences excercises>> in the book, some dudes say that when writing regurarly in the excersices helps and guide you to first, write this, and then see more 'objectively' the thoughts that compromise your self steem. For some it's like saying that the work it's better in paper because it cannot shift, it cannot hide, it cannot hurt, mutate or distracts (I'm talking about thinking instead of writing)... so I was a little bit of tangential form here so...
I really forgot the content of the book, although, I reccomend it anyway.
Overall this book helps to bring the steem back, previous to the social-intrapersonal programming; to a very healthy level (I mean healthy not superpower self steem, and a good reminder of a crucial points 'six pillars' in your individuality that you just cannot forget)
